Terms and conditions for cancellations, conduct and complaints

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling of purchased courses
Registered users choosing to cancel attendance within 14 days of the course date scheduled will need to email admin@ahdnetwork.com to receive a 50% refund of the fee.  Within 7 days of the course date scheduled, 25% of the fee will be refunded.  Cancellation within 6 days of the course date scheduled will receive no refund.


Cancellations and changes
AHD Network reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum number is not reached.  AHD Network reserves the right to adjust fees annually, vary course requirements or course schedules at any time as deemed necessary.

Transferring your course to another person
You are able to transfer your enrolment to another person if you are unable to attend a course. Contact the AHD Network for details.

Conduct
Registered users should conduct themselves in a professional manner, and respect the information provided, and the ethics and principles of the course.  Registered users should not disclose passwords or other materials under copyright laws.

If a registered user acts inappropriately or unethically, or does not uphold the Code of Conduct, or in a manner deemed to be damaging of the AHD Network, the AHD Network reserves the right to refuse the user participation in courses and revoke registration.


Complaints and assessment grievance
Complaints and assessment grievances must be in writing or by email and directed to AHD Network.  Assessment grievances need to be submitted within 20 days of receipt of the mark.  All complaints are lodged formally and considered by an independent review panel.  AHD Network will contact any complainants within seven working days of receipt of the complaint.   A response from the independent review panel will be processed within 30 days of the initial complaint.  AHD Network will contact any complainants within seven working days of receipt of the complaint.   A response from the independent review panel will be processed within 30 days of the initial complaint.
